ilicon applies and continuously improves a Quality Management System, in accordance with International Standard ISO 9001: 2015.
Taking into account the products, services and interests of stakeholders, ilicon has defined the scope of the management system as follows: “The building materials trade, the technical advisory services, the special constructions of windows, doors, facades for safety and fire protection, the management and supervision of technical projects -windows, doors, facades for safety and fire protection, complying with the applicable regulations”.
The quality system applies to all processes, activities and employees of the company. Strategic choice of ilicon is the constantly improved provision of high-quality technical consulting services and sale of products to customers who are mainly active in the field of building construction, window framing and glazing production and processing.
The Quality Management System and the Factory Production Control System concerning the fireproof constructions delivered by ilicon, have been designed in such a way as to fully comply with the European Regulations and Directives as well as with the National Technical Legislation, which affect the scope of ilicon’s activities. ilicon has integrated the requirements imposed by the current standard EN 16034: 2014 into the Factory Production Control System.
Management of ilicon declares its full and continuous commitment to the effective application and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with the international standard ISO 9001.
